Privacy notice
Street Days is a trial service that helps neighbours book a tradesperson together on the same day.
What we collect
From tradespeople: your name, business name, service, phone number, email address, the street or area, the date and working hours, your normal price and your discount tiers.
From neighbours who book: your name, house number or name, phone number, email address, any notes you choose to add and, if the tradesperson asks, whether you'd prefer them to come in the morning or afternoon.
From neighbours who join a waiting list (when a Street Day is full): your name, house number or name, phone number and email address.
We also count how many times each Street Day page is opened. This is a simple number – it isn't linked to you, and we don't record IP addresses, use tracking cookies or run analytics.
How it's used and who sees it
Your booking details are shared only with the tradesperson named on the Street Day page, so they can carry out the work and contact you about it. We email them your booking and send you a confirmation. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else.
The tradesperson can also see their bookings on a private page that only they have the link to.
The public booking page shows how many homes have booked, but never who has booked.
How long we keep it
This is a trial. All data collected during the trial, including bookings, will be deleted when the trial ends.
